Terms and Conditions for the ALLPLAN Awards Competition
- Organizer
The ALLPLAN Awards competition is organized by the ALLPLAN Group (ALLPLAN GMBH and its subsidiaries). For inquiries, please contact us at +1 402-441-4000. - Eligibility
- Participation is open to all customers with an active maintenance contract.
- All submitted projects must be created using any ALLPLAN Group products version 2021 or a more recent release. Projects completed using earlier versions will not be accepted.
- Projects must have been created within the last three years.
- Both complete and nearly complete projects are eligible for submission.
- Competition Period
The competition runs from April 2025 through July 2025. The organizer reserves the right to extend the deadline at its discretion. Any extension will be announced on the competition landing page. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. - Participation
- To participate, entrants must create an account and complete the entry form with detailed project information. Participants must upload relevant project files, including models, project images, and a signed legal release form.
- Each company may submit one entry per category.
- Prizes
- Grand prize winner for each of the project categories, as well as the Customer’s Choice winner, will receive:
- Award trophy
- $200 Amazon gift card
- One complimentary registration pass for Build Forward 2026
- Recognition on social media and website
- Featured project case study on the SDS2 blog
- Second place winner in each category will receive:
- Award plaque
- Recognition on social media and website
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Grand prize winner for each of the project categories, as well as the Customer’s Choice winner, will receive:
- Winner Selection
- An internal judging panel will select finalists in each project category. Finalists will then be presented for public voting. Winners will be chosen for each category, along with one overall "Customer’s Choice" winner.
- Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Project aesthetics
- Complexity of structure and connections
- Effective use of ALLPLAN Group products to solve project challenges, including parametric design, custom members, and automation features
- Overall "wow" factor—uniqueness and creativity in execution
- Winners will be announced at Build Forward 2025, taking place on October 15-16, 2025, in Omaha, NE.
- Intellectual Property and Consent
- By entering the competition, participants confirm that their submissions do not infringe on any third-party rights.
- Participants grant the organizer permission to use and publish their submissions in connection with the competition.
- Data Protection
- Personal data collected during the competition will be used exclusively for competition administration purposes.

- Liability Disclaimer
- The organizer is not responsible for technical issues that may prevent participation.
- The organizer is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
- Changes and Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition or any submission at any time if unforeseen circumstances necessitate such actions. - Legal Recourse
All decisions are final. Legal recourse is excluded. - Governing Law
The competition is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nebraska.
